Instructions for Use:

• For Hot Use: Place on a clean ceramic or glass plate and microwave for 20 seconds. Feel wrap to check when desired warmth is achieved. Do not overheat. Always test for hot spots and overall temperature before use. If not warm enough, microwave in increments of 10 seconds
• For Cold Use: Seal in Plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 or more hours. Can be stored in freezer.
